exchange policy is outrageous March 25, 2008

I ordered a shirt with a german shepherd puppy on it and received a shirt with a white dog that looks nothing like a german shepherd puppy.
I asked to exchange for a shirt with the correct dog and was told that there is no other german shepherd puppy picture but they had adult pictures. The problem is they want to charge me 25% restocking fee whether I exchange it for something other than what I asked for or as a refund. Either way, they are making it very unattractive to exchange. I am asking for my money back and will make sure that any future orders I have, I will check first to see if it is done by stitch by stitch and avoid ordering through them. Its a shame because the quality of the shirts is very good...but very poor customer service/satisfaction.
If I did this to my customers, they would be rightfully dissatisfied. We send a lot of customers through here but will be sure they know from now on that they are taking a risk with this supplier.
